          GREEK PORK PITA POCKETS

          1 lb. boneless pork loin, cut in thin strips
          4 t. olive oil
          4 t. lemon juice
          1 T. prepared mustard
          2 cloves minced garlic
          1 t. dried oregano
          1 c. vanilla yogurt
          1 c. sour cream
          1/4 c. lemon yogurt
          2 pita loaf, halved, opened into 4 pockets
          chopped red onion
          chopped tomato

          Cut pork into strips.  Combine olive oil, lemon juice,
          mustard, garlic and dried oregano.  Pour over pork.
          Refrigerate 1 to 8 hours.  In a bowl, stir together the
          yogurts and sour cream and refrigerate, covered until
          ready to use.  Remove pork from marinade.  Stir-fry in a
          non-stick pan over medium heat for 3 minutes or until
          done.  Fill pockets with pork, top with yogurt mixture,
          garnish with chopped onion and tomato.
