          Ham Balls

          2 1/2 lb. ground ham
          1 lb. ground pork
          1 lb. ground beef
          3 eggs
          3 c. crushed graham crackers
          2 c. milk
          Sauce:
          2 cans tomato soup
          2 1/2 c. brown sugar
          3/4 c. vinegar
          2 t. dry mustard

          Mix in bowl.  Shape into 3 inch loaves.  Put in a shallow
          pan.  For sauce:  Combine and pour over meat.  Bake at 350
          degrees for 1 1/2 hours.  Serves 20.

      Title: Ham Balls
 Categories: Appetizers
   Servings: 12

      1 lb Ground ham                        1/4 ts Cloves
      1 lb Ground pork                         1 c  Fruit juice
      2 ea Eggs                                2 tb Flour
      1 c  Milk                                1 ts Dry mustard
      1 c  Oatmeal                             2 tb Vinegar
           SAUCE:                            1/3 c  Karo syrup
    2/3 c  Brown sugar

  Mix meats, eggs, milk and oatmeal and form into balls.  Bake in a shallow
  pan at 300 degrees for 1 hour.  Pour off juice.  Mix all ingredients for
  sauce in a saucepan.  Heat, stirring to blend until the sugar is
  dissolved.  Pour sauce over meatballs and bake for 30 minutes at 300
  degrees.
