                     HAM AND CHEESE BOBOLI

This recipe was created when I purchased a Boboli bread crust and
had no idea what to do with it.  The end result was absolutely
wonderful....

12 slices American Cheese       2 c. mozzarella cheese, shred
2 c. sharp cheddar cheese,      1 lb. pkg. Danish ham slices
  shredded                      1 large tomato, chopped
1 onion, chopped                Amount of Mayonnaise desired
garlic powder to taste          16 oz. Boboli Italian bread
Melted Butter                     puff

Brush boboli with melted butter.  Top with ham slices covering
all of bread, continuing to layer until all the ham is gone.  Top
ham with a layer of mayonnaise.  Sprinkle chopped tomatoes and
onions over the top of the mayonnaise.  Sprinkle with garlic
powder to taste.  Place individual pieces of American cheese to
cover top layer.  Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese, then Sharp
Cheddar Cheese.  Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven until hot or
until cheese melts.  Remove from oven and let stand 5 minutes.
Slice and serve as you would a pizza.  Just as good reheated the
next day.  Cut in small squares and serve as an appetizer if
desired.
