                     HOT SUBMARINE SANDWICH

I wanted something different and boy did I find it. I started
looking through the refrigerator and grabbed things that sounded
good. The end result was wonderful. Six of us divided this up
and were OVERSTUFFED!

1 large loaf French Bread Miracle Whip Dressing
4 oz. grated Colby cheese 4 oz. grated Monterey Jack
1 large red bell pepper, chop cheese
1 large sweet onion, chopped 1 minced clove garlic
1/4 tsp. cilantro 1/4 tsp. oregano
salt/pepper to taste 1/4 tsp. Hungarian Paprika
1/2 lb. Deli Roast Beef, 1/2 lb. Deli Virginia Ham,
  sliced thin sliced thin
1/2 lb. Deli Smoked turkey, 2 sliced tomatoes
sliced thin 8 oz. shredded Mozzarella
4 Golden Peperoncini peppers, 4 Banana peppers, chopped
  chopped Crushed red peppers desired

Cut French bread in half lengthwise and dig out excess bread to
make pockets in each piece. Spread Miracle Whip salad dressing
on each side. On bottom piece of bread, spread out the colby and
the 4 oz. Monterey Jack down length of roll.

In a saucepan in a little olive oil, saute bell pepper, onion,
garlic, cilantro, oregano, salt, pepper and paprika. When onions
turn clear, remove from pan and spread over shredded cheese
layer. Layer the roast beef over top of vegetable mixture, then
the ham, then the smoked turkey. Place chopped peperoncini and
banana peppers over turkey. Top all with Shredded Mozzarella.

Bake in oven at 325 degrees until cheeses melt and insides are
warm. Top with sliced tomatoes, sprinkles of olive oil, cilantro
and a little oregano and some salt and pepper. Put bread top
on. Heat about 3 minutes in 325 degree oven. Cut and serve.
