          One Pound Pork Chops

          Marinating Sauce:
          2 c. soy sauce
          1 c. water
          1/2 c. brown sugar
          1 T. dark molasses
          1 t. salt
          Red Sauce:
          1/3 c. water
          14 oz. bottle Heinz Ketchup
12 oz. bottle Heinz Chile Sauce
          1/2 c. brown sugar
          1 T. dry mustard
6- 1 lb. center cut pork chops

Marinating Sauce: Mix together and bring to a boil the
soy sauce, water, brown sugar, molasses and salt. Put 6
one pound center cut pork chops in a pan, bone side up.
Pour sauce over chops and let stand overnight in the
refrigerator. The next day, take the pork chops out of
the sauce, place in a baking pan and cover tightly with
foil. Bake at 375 degrees for about 2 hours or until
tender. Red Sauce: Dilute dry mustard, sugar and water
together leaving no lumps. Add remaining ingredients and
bring to a slight boil. Remove from heat. After chops
are tender, remove from oven and dip in the red sauce.
Take chops after dipping and place in a baking pan and
bake for 30 minutes in a 350 degree oven, uncovered, until
          slightly glazed. Eat and ENJOY!!!
