make a good salsa. Since tomatoes aren't in season yet I use canned (home
canned is preferred). Here is the recipe...

1 can of tomatoes (2 or 3 fresh)
1/2 jar of jalepanoes (1 or 2 fresh)
As much garlic powder as you like.

Chopped all of this together in blender. Refrigerate and serve with anything
that you would like.
