      Title: Sweet-Sour Cocktail Meatballs
 Categories: Meats, Appetizers
   Servings: 20

  2 1/2 lb Very lean ground beef               1 x  SAUCE RECIPE:
      1 c  Fine bread crumbs                   3 ea 6 oz. cans unsweetened
      1 ea Egg, slightly beaten                     Pineapple juice
      2 tb Finely chopped onion              1/4 c  Flour
      1 ts Salt (optional)                     1 c  Hickory flavored barbecue
    1/2 ts Black pepper                             Sauce
    1/2 c  Milk

  Make meatballs:  Combine beef, bread crumbs, egg, onion, salt, pepper and
  milk.  Mix well.  Roll into small balls.  Brown in skillet and drain well
  on paper towels.

  Make Sauce:  Slowly add pineapple juice to flour, using a wire whisk to
  prevent lumping.  Add barbecue sauce and mix well.  Pour over meatballs
  and heat in oven or on stovetop until warmed.  Makes 90 to 95 meatballs.
