Swedish Meatballs
Meatballs  (below)
1 can  (10 3/4 ounces)  condensed cream of chicken soup
1/2 C half-and-half
1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/2 C sour cream

Cook Meatballs;  drain.  Stir in soup, half-and-half and nutmeg.  Heat to
boiling, stirring occasionally;  reduce heat.  Cover and simmer 15 minutes.
Stir in sour cream;  heat through.  Sprinkle with parsley if desired.  4
servings.

MEATBALLS

1/2 lb ground beef
1/2 pound ground pork
1/2 C dry bread crumbs
1/4 C half-and-half
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground allspice
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash of pepper
1 egg

Mix all ingredients.  Shape mixture into thirty 1-inch balls.  Cook in
10-inch skillet over medium heat about 20 minutes, turning occasionally,
until brown.

TO MICROWAVE:  Prepare Meatballs - except do not cook.  Place in square
microwavable dish, 8 x 8 x 2 inches.  Cover and microwave on high about 6
minutes, stirring after 3 minutes, until almost done;  drain.  Mix soup,
half-and-half, nutmeg and sour cream;  stir into meatballs.  Cover and
microwave about 5 minutes or until bubbly.
