Swedish Nut Cake
2 C sugar
1  (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple
2 C flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 C walnuts, chopped

Frosting:
1  (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 C margarine, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
1 3/4 C confectioners sugar
 Combine sugar, undrained crushed pineapple, flour, baking soda, beaten eggs,
vanilla and chopped walnuts.  Mix well.  Pour into a greased 9 x 13 x 2-inch
pan.  Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.  Cool.

Frosting:  Cream softened cream cheese and margarine.  Add vanilla and
confectioners sugar.  Mix until smooth.  Spread on cooled cake.
Makes 12 to 24 servings.
