      Title: Tennessee Chicken Casserole
 Categories: Poultry
   Servings:  4

      4 ea Boneless, skinless chicken          1 tb Lemon juice
           Breasts (boiled until white         1 x  TOPPING RECIPE:
           And cut into small pieces)        1/2 ea Stick melted margarine
    1/2 c  Sour cream                          1 ea Stack Ritz crackers, crushed
      1 ea Can cream of chicken soup

  Combine chicken, sour cream, soup and lemon juice.  Pour into a 9 by 13
  inch baking dish.  Combine margarine and cracker crumbs and put on top of
  chicken mixture.  Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
