WCED -- another CED-like program, with tcsh filename completion

Features listed below.

If you are using the tcsh or esh on UNIX, you will love the filename
completion with the TAB key. WCED makes DOS work exactly the same way
(you know, only one key (TAB) does both the completion AND the listing
of all possible completions).

If you don't want the overhead/incompatibilities of 4DOS (or if you
want a better filename completion!), and you are sick of the limitations
of e.g. DOSKEY, this is for you.

WCED is written by Stuart Russell

Features of Wced 1.8c :

1) Command line editing.
2) History, last 32 commands, with history completion.
3) Multiple command aliases with parameters.
4) Reads initialisation file containing history and aliases.
5) Filename completion and show.
6) Filename completion and show of directories on PATH.
7) Supports 43/50 line modes.
8) Key bindings can be selected (using Wkeys).
