UltraHeaders History File

03-29-94 - When a user stopped listing the directory listings, it would
v1.9 show quite an ugly cut. I redid the way it works and now it
will go as far down as possible to display the pause prompt.
It will now also allow those fancy pause prompts to be at
maximum length since it will not be limited by the 'box.'
Replace your existing "ULTRAHED.EXE" and "SETUP.EXE" with
the new ones to get this version going.

03-12-94 - Even though I said that this version was going to be a major
v1.8 upgrade; I was mistaken. While creating fixes for all the
known bugs, I made a small byte display problem. There were
too many commas being inserted in the wrong places. It was
quite simple to fix, but would have gone unnoticed if it was
not pointed out to me by a Sysop. Replace your existing
"ULTRAHED.EXE" and "SETUP.EXE" with the new ones to get this
           version running.

03-06-94 - Once again, a small fix but a good one! I had to do some
v1.7 internal fixes in order to create two types of outputs and
I was noticing some problems when calling remotely, but not
locally. They have been fixed. Delete your current version
of "ULTRAHED.EXE" and "SETUP.EXE" and replace them with the
new ones. The next version should be a major upgrade, and
will come with an 'updater' in order to prevent you from
having to enter all the conference colors again.

02-28-94 - A Sysop notified me that UltraHeaders was stopping when he
v1.6 was processing his CD-ROM drive. He later figured out that
UltraHeaders was trying to rename the temporary files list-
ing file, whether or not it was on the same drive. I have
made it so it *moves* the temporary file over the original
file, thus getting rid of the problem. Just replace your
current "ULTRAHED.EXE" and "SETUP.EXE" and replace them with
           the new ones.

02-27-94 - A few tiny bugs were found in the previous version that are
v1.5 now corrected. Non-ANSI viewers would still get the ANSI
codes displayed to them, and UltraHeaders would try to let
them view listings on one screen, even though that is not
possible and now has been fixed. Creating two different
directory listings files would slow things down and in this
version things have been speeded up a little. For even more
speed, the code has been optimized as well. Simply delete
your current "ULTRAHED.EXE" and your current "SETUP.EXE" and
replace them with the new ones.

02-12-94 - A Sysop complained that UltraHeaders was creating colorized
v1.4 listings, but not non-ANSI listings. This version fixes the
bug. Simply delete your current "ULTRAHED.EXE" as well as
your current "SETUP.EXE" and replace them with the new ones.

01-25-94 - I was asked if there was some way to make the directory
v1.3 listings stay on one screen and not scroll down. I thought
about it and came up with this new update. It really is a
nice feature. To get it running, simply delete your current
"ULTRAHED.EXE" and "SETUP.EXE" files and replace them with
           the new ones.

01-10-94 - A tiny problem arised in the previous version. UltraHeaders
v1.2 SETUP would force to create an entry in the conference
configuration file for the upload directory. Some systems
did not have an upload directory so now SETUP checks and
makes sure there is an upload directory before it forces the
           entry.

01-09-94 - There have been a number of requests for change of color for
v1.1 the "Uploaded by:" line, therefore this version has that new
feature. This seems to be getting popular on many systems
and now UltraHeaders supports it. To get it running, simply
delete your current "<conference>.CNF" files and run SETUP
once again. You pick the colors, and let SETUP to the rest.

01-03-94 - Official release of UltraHeaders.
v1.0
