Recognize the symptoms:

Tension Headaches:  are caused by muscle spasms in the face, neck and head.
Forgetfulness    :  and difficulty making decisions could be the result of
                    changes in blood flow.
Depression       :  occurs when a stressed body produces low levels of the
                    'feel good' neurotransmitters serotonin and melatonin.
Insomnia         :  is also caused by low levels of serotonin.
Dry Mouth        :  results from stress-induced changes in the nervous
                    system.
Stomachaches     :  and heartburn are caused by increased stomach acids.
Ulcers           :  are also the result of increasedstomach acids.
Distension       :  excess gas, diarrhea or constipation are caused by
                    peristalsis - spasms that propel food through the
                    intestinal system.  This can lead to chronic conditions
                    of spastic colon or colitis!
Cramps           :  and spasms follow increased mescle tension.
Cold Hands/Feet  :  are the result of reduced blood flow to these areas.   
Carpal Tunnel    :  causes numbness and tingling that can be aggrevated by
                    increased muscle tension.
Hyperventilation :  is rapid breathing that causes dizziness and fainting.
Palpitations     :  and chest discomfort are caused by adrenaline flow that
                    speeds up the heart rate.
Blood Pressure   :  is elevated by hormones that alter salt and water balance.
Angina           :  or severe chest pain is caused by constricted arteries.
