 1. Start making *yourself* a priority!
 2. Schedule 20 minutes of 'downtime' just for you. Put time aside.
 3. Listen or dance to some music; it is very theraputic.
 4. Count backwards from 30 during stressful situations, taking a breath on
    each count.  Breathe in through your nose and exhale through your mouth.
 5. Laugh - there is nothing better!
 6. Anticipate stress - any life change, good or bad brings on stress.  You
    can't prevent it.
 7. Speak up!  Don't keep your feelings locked up inside.
 8. Learn the difference between what you *can* and *can't* control.  Are you
    worried about something that is totally out of your control?  If there is
    nothing you can do about it .... let it go!  Make a plan.
 9. Save money for a rainy day - money *can* bring you happiness.
10. A squeeze from your mate or a hug from your child is a great way to fight
    stress.
