 AB    The authors emphasize the necessity of urgent practical measures that
       will provide effective prevention of HIV infection of medical staff,
       students and patients at orthodontic clinics. These measures imply
       rearrangement of the order of medical consultations at clinics and of
       lessons in order to enhance the antiepidemic readiness of orthodontic
       service.
