 AB    Case report of a pulmonary nocardiosis associated with a pneumocystosis
       pneumonia and a cryptococcal meningitis in an African not already known
       as infected with Human Immunodeficiency Virus. Fever reoccurred when
       cotrimoxazole was stopped for intolerance. Bronchoalveolar lavage gave
       diagnosis.
