 AB    Harmony in Sex is a Sex education programme for adolescents, 14-18 years
       old. OBJECTIVES: Sexual health, communicative abilities, positive and
       adaptive attitudes toward sex, selfcontrol, selfconfidence and
       responsibility. METHODS: Multidisciplinary approach--integration of
       psychology, pedagogy, philosophy, biology, aesthetics, medicine,
       literature, sexology, physical education. Methods depends on the topic
       and characteristics of the audience: group discussions, role plays,
       brain storms, lectures, encounter groups, drawings, tests,
       questionnaires. Special verbal and nonverbal techniques for
       desexualisation of body contacts and discharging them from sexual
       tension. This is a first attempt to introduce modern forms of out of
       school sex education among teenagers in Bulgaria. RESULTS: Sex education
       leads to postponed and protected sex: avoidance of disappointment, fear,
       shame and guilt; overcoming misbeliefs, taboos, myths; increasing
       selfexpression and ability for contacts and talks with each other
       seriously about sex DISCUSSION AND CONCLUSIONS: It is possible to reach
       the main objectives and prove the need to engage all schools and to make
       a guide for teachers. After 5 years approbation in youth clubs and
       schools the programme has been approved by Bulgarian Ministry of
       Education and Science. It will be used in national network of Health
       Promoting Schools, as a part of the big European Project.
