 AB    OBJECTIVES: To explore the strategies in establishing an AIDS Network
       for Youth Workers and Teachers; To evaluate the effectiveness of the
       AIDS Network in AIDS Prevention among youth in Hong Kong. METHODS: To
       organize Day Training Camp on AIDS for Youth Workers and Teachers; To
       prepare a Bulletin: AIDS Networking--Voice in order to provide forum for
       information exchange and experience sharing; To expand the Network
       through massive publicity; To assess the effectiveness of the Networking
       Strategies by a sampling survey with a reliable measurement. RESULTS AND
       CONCLUSIONS: Over 60 Youth Workers and Teachers had joined the Day Camp.
       A pre-test and post-test exercise revealed that the participants had
       gained advancement in knowledge, attitude and behavioural changes in
       AIDS. Over 30 participants had consented to join the AIDS Network. A
       Bulletin: AIDS Networking--Voice had been published to strengthen and
       coordinate the Network and provide a forum for information exchange. The
       sampling survey revealed that AIDS Network was an effective strategy.
