 AB    INTRODUCTION: Considering oral manifestations like oral thrush,
       Kaposis's Sarcoma in the Clinical diagnosis of HIV/AIDS. Red Lips is a
       clinical Feature which one should not over look in the oral examination
       of HIV/AIDS patients. METHODOLOGY: This is based on taking history and
       clinical observation of the HIV/AIDS patients who visit Entebbe Grade A
       hospital for dental treatment. RECOMMENDATIONS: Research should be done
       to determine the percentage occurrence of red Lips among HIV/AIDS
       patients and also to establish the pigmentation changes around the lips.
