To use this special hypertext file, you need:

Windows 3.1
vbrun300.dll

Hasbara for Windows is a hypertext guide to the Arab-Israeli conflict. It
is an ongoing work. New versions will be frequently issued, both to include
more historical material, to cover additional topics, and to keep current as
the conflict unfolds.

A hypertext guide is an electronic document with features such as jump
links, popup links, graphics, maps, keyword searches and other navigational
tools. These features help you find the material, detail, or supporting maps
or graphics you are looking for much more quickly than in traditional
publishing. The hypertext guide was built as a Windows Help File, because so
many computer users are already familiar with them. Almost all Windows
programs today contain a help file.
