SpHyDir source and executable program are a copyrighted work which 
is property of Howard Gilbert.  Your rights to use and copy this 
program are covered by this license.  If you do not agree to the 
terms of this license, simply delete it or do not use it.  A copy of
these terms must accompany every copy of the SpHyDir program.

SpHyDir reads files in, reorganizes some of their contents, and then
writes them back again with modifications.  SpHyDir does not claim 
to process all files correctly.  A user should assume that SpHyDir 
may damage some of the contents and should keep backup copies of all
materials on which SpHyDir operates.  The author is not responsible 
for any damages, including loss of data, caused by the execution of 
this program.

Personal SpHyDir may be used without payment of any license fee. 
Personal SpHyDir inserts at the beginning of every output file 
several comment lines, and at the end of every document a line whose
source reads:

In consideration for using the licensed SpHyDir program, the user 
agrees to leave this acknowledgement in all output files and not to 
allow anyone else in the same organization to remove this statement 
when the files are copied to network servers.

Professional SpHyDir is targeted to large organizations or 
individuals who professional edit material to be posted to the 
network.  Professional SpHyDir is available with payment of a 
license fee.  It removes the restriction to include a visible 
acknowledgement and includes access to the source and the ability to 
generate modified or derivitive programs for internal use.  Contact
