AB Tuberculoma of the myocardium is extremely rare, occurring in less than
0.3% of patients dying from tuberculosis. Tuberculomas are seldom
diagnosed ante-mortem and we report a case of myocardial tuberculoma
presenting with cardiac tamponade in a patient with AIDS that resolved
       with anti-tuberculous chemotherapy.
