     Running MicroCook under Windows(TM) 3.0 or 3.1

Windows follow the guide lines below:
"Click" mean to place the mouse cursor on the item and press the
     left mouse button.

     1. Load Windows (of course), and click on the window group
          where you want MicroCook.
     2. Click on File on the Menu bar
     3. Click on New
     4. The "Program Item" should have a black dot in the circle on
the left side, if not, click in the circle by "Program
Item". Next click on the OK button.
     5. Place the cursor in "Description" box, and type in the name
you want to appear in Windows (MicroCook?).
     6. Move to the "Command line" box and type: MCOOK.EXE
     7. Next move to the "Working directory" box and type in the
name of the directory where MicroCook is located.
          (C:\MCOOK?)
     8. Click on the "Change Icon" button.
     9. You will now see a message stating that there are no icons
available for the specific file. Click on the OK button.

lower right side of the window, the directories are listed.
Click on "C:\" at the top of the list. Now all the
directories in the root directory will be displayed. Move
the scroll bar down so you see the name of the MicroCook
directory, and click on the directory name.
     11. You should now see the name of 3 icon files, MCOOK1.ICO,
          MCOOK2.ICO and MCOOK3.ICO.
     12. Click on one of the icon files. The icon will now be
displayed in the lower left corner of the Property Window
you are in. If you want to see what the other 2 icons look
like, repeat from step 8 above. Click on the OK button when
you have the icon you want to use displayed.

     That's all!
