                     ONEFOSsil Shareware License Agreement
                    (c) Copyright 1995 by Morris Softronics

ONEFOSsil is marketed as a shareware product under the shareware
marketing technique. As such, the user is given a chance to evaluate
whether the product will meet his or her needs. At that time he or she
must either register the software as described or remove the software
from use. This is also considered user supported software because its
users support the software by registering it. After registering it,
they continue to support the software by helping the author to develop
    it to their needs.

The following terms are outlined for you (the "USER") to use ONEFOSsil
(the "SOFTWARE") on one or more computer systems (the "COMPUTER").

The user is given a 30 day license to evaluate the software on the
computer to determine its effectiveness. After this evaluation the
user must pay the publisher a registration fee to receive an extended
length license to continue to use the software on the computer or
must stop using the software on the computer.
The publisher makes no warranties, either expressed or implied, and
hereby disclaims any and all implied warranties of merchantability
and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event will the
publisher, or its distributors be liable for incidental or
consequential damages, including, but not limited to, destruction of
       data or damage to equipment.

If you do not agree with the above terms, stop right here and remove
this software from your machine. Failure to do so shows that you wish
    to comply by these terms.

Please read ONEFOS.TXT - Licensing Information - Benefits of Registering
for more details on what you receive when you register.

                                        The Publisher of ONEFOSsil,
                                        Morris Softronics
