Aptiva - 2144/2168 (SL-H) Fix for Windows 95 upgrade on an OS/2 Aptiva

W95UPFIX.EXE is an update for distribution to IBM customers who have upgraded their Aptiva 21XX-MXX Systems from the Windows 3.11 / Warp operating system to Windows 95 using the IBM Windows 95 Upgrade Kit.
This file will add missing icons to Device Manager that were not added during the upgrade. The missing icons are: Modem, Mwavedsp, Network Adapters, and Sound, Video, & Game Controllers. The file will also update Online Housecall shortcuts and Online Services.
