- Up to nine announcement only messages can be played, such as office hours and directions to the office. Only seven announcement only messages are available when "user prompted mailboxes" are enabled.
- Urgent Key Definition. The user can prompt the caller to press a specified touch-tone key to mark a message urgent. Urgent messages are played back first and can be setup for immediate notification.

- Pager Notification. You can have the ComCentral unit page you immediately after a voice and/or fax message is received or at specified time intervals. The number displayed on the pager indicates the number of voice and fax messages received.
- Call Transfer. Using three-way conference calling from the local phone company, you can have calls automatically transferred to another number, such as a cellular phone. With Caller ID, the calling phone number is read to you to help decide whether you want to accept the call.

- The caller ID number is displayed on the LCD during message playback along with the message length.

- Faxes can be transferred from the PC to ComCentral and sent at a later time when telephone rates are lower or when telephone lines are available.
- Faxes can be stored in the PC and quickly forwarded to one or more fax numbers using virtually no PC resources.
- Detailed fax logs are available that enable the user to confirm receipt of forwarded faxes and allows the user to retrieve or forward only specific faxes stored in the unit's memory.
- Faxes can be automatically forwarded to another fax number.
- The number of faxes retries and retry intervals are programmable.
