TP 600 - Audio stutter during playback of AVI files or I9990301 error on boot up

Symptom:

1. Audio stutter may occur during the playback of some "AVI" type files.
2. The system may generate a I9990301 POST error that may occur when the HDD password is entered incorrectly.

Configuration:
This firmware update may be applied to the following 2.5" Hard Disk Drives for the IBM ThinkPad 600:

4.0 GB 28L1592 28L1593
4.0 GB 36L8654 36L8655
